Pace Systems is seeking a General Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves receiving, stocking, organizing, and shipping materials to support ongoing projects and daily operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Forklift and driving experience are a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
  • Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Support other departments with materials or equipment when needed.
  • (If certified) Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or company vehicles safely.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions.
  • Bonus: Forklift certification or experience (training available).
  • Bonus: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for possible delivery runs.
