Climb Higher (About The Job)
As a Warehouse Technician at TCI, you\'re more than a back-of-house role — you\'re a vital link in the chain that keeps our field teams connected and our projects running seamlessly. You\'ll be responsible for the execution of logistics functions of receiving, processing, and storing all items in the warehouse, and for sending out inventory to internal and external customers with absolute accuracy based on the shipping list. From managing inbound and outbound inventory to ensuring every shipment is accurate and on time, you\'ll bring precision, accountability, and pride to everything you touch.
Job Responsibilities
- Professionally represent TCI to internal teams and external partners
- Load and unload deliveries and pickups safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory through strict adherence to processes and procedures
- Document and log all incoming and outgoing inventory with precision
- Flag and report any missing, lost, or damaged materials or equipment
- Alert management of any safety concerns related to the warehouse, facility, or equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment responsibly and safely
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times
- Collaborate with coworkers and the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth operations
- Support the logistics team with a consistent, safety-first mindset
Minimum / Preferred Requirements
- Education: High School or equivalent
- Experience: Entry level
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with the field and warehouse
- Ability to operate cell phone-based inventory applications
Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 25% of the time
- Must be able to move about inside the warehouse up to 50% of the time
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and inclement weather
