Overview

At Warren Barr South Loop, we are currently searching for a Receptionist to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. Warren Barr South Loop is a modern, upscale skilled nursing and post-acute care facility located in Chicago's South Loop. The facility offers specialized services and emphasizes high standards of care in a vibrant urban setting.

Base pay range: $16.50/hr - $16.50/hr. This range is provided by Legacy Healthcare LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Provide office/clerical support to the facilities team; greet all facility guests, direct calls and guests to the appropriate party; receive, sort, and forward incoming mail; and support facility operations to ensure residents receive a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Receptionist and/or one (1) year of experience in a customer service role is preferable, but the employer is willing to invest in the right candidate.
