Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team! As the receptionist for our busy Pediatric dental office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet families as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, verify dental insurance. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Greet families as they arrive at our dental office
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service
• Verify dental insurance via phone and or internet

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
