Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle to lift and transport materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
• Operate skid steer loader with multiple attachments.
• Perform lot cleaning and snow removal.
• Direct customers to the proper location and assist with unloading material.
• Communicate with subcontractors and perform facility inspections.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Effective communication skills.
