Pay Range: $17 - 18.25 per hour (depending on experience)

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, guests, and visitors.
- Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to every call.
- Manage the business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs.
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
- Must comply with COVID-19 regulations, including vaccination, daily screening, and wearing face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
