Position: Technical Engineering Recruiter

Schedule: Full-Time

Meador Staffing Services is expanding and seeking a driven Technical Engineering Recruiter to join a high-performing team in Pasadena. This role involves sourcing and connecting engineers across mechanical, electrical, chemical, manufacturing, and related fields, with guidance from experienced leadership including the Vice President of Executive Search and the Executive Search Manager.

About the Role

As a Technical Engineering Recruiter, you will source and connect talented professionals with roles in mechanical, electrical, chemical, manufacturing, and related engineering fields. You will work alongside a seasoned leadership team to understand client requirements and deliver quality matches.

Who We're Looking For

• Technical or mechanical aptitude – essential for understanding the roles you will recruit for
• A passion for connecting people with opportunities
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent professional communication skills – phone, email, and in-person

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting, staffing, or sourcing experience
• Familiarity with job boards and social media sourcing tools
• Experience with ATS or CRM software
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree – a big plus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Recruit for roles such as Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical, Manufacturing, Instrumentation, and more
• Review high volumes of resumes and applications
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen candidates for interest, skills, and availability
• Understand client requirements to make quality matches
• Document and manage candidate interactions in the internal system
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and sourcing efforts
