Responsibilities

Mountain Youth Academy is a 120-bed residential treatment facility and assists in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues for our young adolescent patients.

This position assists with planning, reporting, and analysis of recruitment at the facility; assists the HR Generalist and HR Director with projects and tasks; provides assistant to the staff for HR related needs; prepares and assists with new hire orientation.

Essential Job Duties Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Process documentation and reports related to staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinates onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Schedules interviews and coordinates with the appropriate department staff
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, state, and federal policies and procedures

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years related experience required 3-5 preferred
  • Possess a high-level computer proficiency to include word processing, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, database, and internet.
  • Ability to think critically, problem-solve and interpret information impartially.
  • Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data and information
  • Must always communicate effectively and professionally
  • Display a high level of confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethics
  • Knowledge of sourcing and full cycle recruiting utilizing the internet, job boards, social media and local resources.
  • Have the ability to plan, organize, and work with a high level of detail and accuracy.
