Cleaner / Janitor (Full Time: No Holidays, No Weekends, No Evenings)

As the Cleaner/Janitor at Davidson Nissan, you will perform a wide range of cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors by using walk behind floor cleaning machine and sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Gather and empty trash, recyclables & metal scrap.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Climb ladders to clean windows & walls in showroom and change light bulbs.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, power washer and squeegees.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• During winter, remove snow from sidewalks, using walk behind snow blower & shovels, also spread snow melting chemicals.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Skills

• Previous custodial / janitorial experience, preferred
• Must have Valid / Clean Driver's License
• Take pride in your work and the building as a whole
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Previous work experience in working / cleaning from a ladder, a plus
• Previous experience using a walk behind snow-blower, preferred
• Shoveling Sidewalks
• Ability to drive company vehicles
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must participate in MVR / Background Check
