This includes overseeing FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to align with strategic initiatives. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for building a predictive FP&A engine, ensuring operational excellence, and managing cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures. Additionally, the role involves fundraising, investor relations, and serving as a champion for risk and governance. Candidates for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment. The role requires deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as a proven track record in a startup setting. Experience in investor relations, IPO, M&A, and funding events is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be metrics-driven, and have a strategic approach to connecting financial data with business outcomes.
