With a wide array of brands in exciting locations, HRI Hospitality is the destination to set course for growing your career!**About the job**We are seeking a Barback to support our Lobby and Good Measure event venue bars.**Job Summary**The Barback anticipates the needs of the bartender by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, organized, and cleaned.**Job Qualifications**Qualified candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete the following responsibilities. 1. Assists bartenders in daily functions of restocking (liquor, beer, garnishes, juices, etc.).2. Remove plates and silverware when guests are finished (pre-bus).3. Maintain stock of all glassware and other utensils; wash dirty utensils as needed.4. Maintain positive guest relations at all times.5. Performs side work as needed throughout the shift.6. Follows all safety and sanitation policies.7. Other duties may be assigned.**Job Requirements*** High School Degree* Minimum 18 years of age* US work authorization requiredSkills:1. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in verbal and written English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.2. Prioritize and organize work assignments, and have timely follow-up and execution.3. Have superb time management skills.4. Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features and hours of operation.5. Previous hotel/resort experience preferredPhysical Requirements: 1. Sit, walk, and stand continuously.2. Lift / carry 25lbs (frequently) and 50lbs (occasionally)3. Bend, squat, crawl, and reach above shoulder level.4. Use dominant hand coordination for simple grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation.5.
