Senior Cybersecurity Support Lead Job at TekSynap in Norfolk

TekSynap is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Support Lead to lead cybersecurity operational support including incident response, vulnerability management, and afloat/ashore support.

Responsibilities

• Manage cyber incident response, patching, and scanning support.
• Oversee Remedy ticket analysis and Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM) updates.
• Train and assist afloat system administrators.
• Provide technical SME support on cybersecurity policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree (Preferred in Cybersecurity, IT, or related).
• Eight (8) – Ten (10) years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
• Experience with: Host Based Security System (HBSS); Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS); Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM); and Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
• Navy cyber familiarity.
• Clearance: Secret.
• 8570 certification: IAM Level III.
