Key Responsibilities

Accounting Support

• Accurately enter and process customer invoices and payments
• Maintain and update customer records (e.g., contact info, account changes)
• Reconcile accounts and verify financial documents for accuracy and completeness
• Respond to account inquiries and support internal teams with reliable financial data

HR & Clerical Support

• Assist with organizing and uploading employee files and documentation
• Coordinate phone screens and follow-up communications with candidates
• Help launch job advertisements and maintain applicant tracking records
• Support general office tasks, including document preparation, filing, and scheduling

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in accounting or business
• Experience in an office support or accounting support role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical thinking
• Effective communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity
