Core Job Duties

• Safely transport medication to dispensaries
• Understand state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure compliance by all department staff
• Execute deliveries on time and communicate delays to the Logistics Supervisor and dispensary
• Follow all rules of the road
• Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries, as needed
• Keep vehicles clean and properly maintained
• Maintain detailed records on vehicle maintenance and issues
• Complete necessary paperwork (checklists, rejection sheets)
• Communicate with Logistics Supervisor or department Manager to resolve product issues
• Communicate with Logistics Supervisor as needed about schedule
• Work in other departments as needed
• Develop positive relationships with dispensaries
• Provide excellent customer service, time management and organizational skills

Required Experience, Education and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Must pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and other onboarding requirements with satisfactory results
• Flexible schedule to accommodate delivery routes
• Ability to read maps and use GPS
• Exposure to plant material (may include pollen and dust)
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions with hands for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level

In accordance with local and state laws, compensation is listed as a current estimated range. Final offer details and future compensation depend on factors such as location, market data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Pay Range: $20.15 - $20.15 USD
