Position Summary
Staff Photographer/Production Assistant will provide photography services for internal and external clients as well as serve as the Production Assistant for to the Videographer during filming. This dual role requires a dynamic individual who can capture high-quality photographic content for our projects and manage production logistics.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a staff photographer, capturing images for various projects such as events, marketing materials, social media, and internal communications.
- Serve as Production Assistant on video shoots assisting in setting up lighting, audio, and video equipment, managing talent and handling paperwork.
- Manage and organize photo/video equipment, ensuring all gear is in good working condition and ready for shoots.
- Participate in the post-production process, including photo selection, editing, and formatting using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Maintain digital asset management systems, ensuring that all assets are properly archived and easily accessible.
- Contribute to creative meetings and project planning sessions, offering insights and ideas from a photographic perspective.
- Provide administrative support to the production team as needed, including preparing call sheets, managing inventories, and documenting production processes.
- As needed, inclusion in official or incidental photographs and videos for MOTB and/or guests
Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Photography, Media Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a photographer, with a strong portfolio featuring diverse projects.
- Familiarity with production environments and understanding of production assistant duties.
- Proficient with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work on weekends or irregular hours when necessary.

- Technical proficiency with photography/video equipment and techniques.
- Knowledgeable in lighting techniques using continuous lights and strobe lighting.
