RCI Offroad, headquartered in Loveland, Colorado, is a premier manufacturer of aftermarket truck and SUV accessories. We are seeking skilled, honest, and dependable individuals to join our team as welding robot and cobot metal fabricator. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality 4x4 off-road aftermarket accessories, including skid plates, sliders, bumpers, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate the robots and cobots: maximize the efficiency of our robots and cobots by ensuring components are loaded and finished parts are unloaded so the machines are fully utilized.
• Load components to be welded: safely load components to be welded into fixtures.
• Unload finished products: safely unload finished products onto pallets, ready for powder coating and shipping. Clean parts using grinders, etc. after welding as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness: keep equipment and work areas spotless to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist as needed: contribute to the team by operating grinders, band saws, benders, welding, or other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For / Requirements

• General fabrication and MIG welding of steel experience is required
• Self-driven and motivated; hard worker capable of working unsupervised
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Quick learner with excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift or move 60+ lbs. continuously and stand on your feet for long periods
• Strong time management skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other fabrication equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
