Job Summary and Responsibilities
Based out of clinics in Central, West and East Valley Phoenix.
Monday-Friday. Minimum of two clinic days per week.
High School football game coverage required.
Grand Canyon University club sports coverage.
Grand Canyon University Division 1 coverage.

Job Requirements
MD/DO
Fellowship Training and American Board Certification in Sports Medicine
Must have or be eligible for Arizona state medical license
Acceptable completion of an ACGME accredited residency program with current ABMS board certification
3-5 years experience working with team sports, Division I collegiate experience highly desirable
Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations
Where You'll Work
Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) is seeking a Sports Medicine Physician to join its expanding Orthopedic department. Our Orthopedic team is made up of multiple physicians and advanced practitioners with sub-specialties in Trauma, Sports - Surgical, Non operative Sports, Adult Reconstruction, Hand and Foot and Ankle. In addition, we have a robust Athletic Trainer team that supports multiple schools. Our team’s focus is driven around being leaders in education, centered on evidenced based medicine while ensuring consistent collaboration and communication within the team and the community and patients we serve.

Pay Range
$235.58 - $336.00 /hour
