The Role

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue\'s business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keeping guest-facing areas free of trash, and restocking restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
• Participate in the venue’s sustainability program, which could include implementing programs that conserve resources and prevent waste (sorting waste, recycling) and educating fans about these efforts.
• Close the venue after events as needed, including collecting recyclables and properly storing event equipment.
• Perform simple machinist duties and mechanical tasks, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders; diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and calibrate as needed.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Perform plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions; use hand and power tools, electrical meters and material handling equipment safely.
• Detect faulty operations or defective material, report issues to supervision, and comply with safety regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.

Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is $16.50 USD - $20.00 USD per hour. Pay is based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
