Georgia-Pacific LLC is hiring: 3rd Shift Stacker Operator in Lebanon

Overview

3rd Shift Stacker Operator at Georgia-Pacific LLC – Lebanon, TN (corrugated sheet feeder plant).

Compensation:

• $20.75 per hour + $1.00 after 90 day probationary period
• 3rd shift differential is $2.25 per hour
• You may increase compensation based on skills and contribution to plant performance

Shift:

• 3rd shift currently hiring; orientation on 1st shift (8:00am-4:00pm) with permanent 3rd shift assignment after orientation
• Flexibility to work any shift as needed, including overtime, holidays, and weekends
• Lebanon uses a points-based attendance program

Shift Hours:

• 1st shift: Mon – Fri 6:00am-2:00pm; weekends/overtime as needed
• 2nd shift: Mon – Fri 2:00pm-10:00pm; weekends/overtime as needed
• 3rd shift: Mon – Fri 10:00pm-6:00am; weekends/overtime as needed

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Operate automated stacker equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
• Monitor and/or input into computer control systems
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
• Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
• Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and wear safety equipment
• Physical tasks: lifting up to 40 pounds, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing/pulling for up to 12 hours in a loud, industrial environment

The Experience You Will Bring

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or military environment OR completion of post-high school education in a manufacturing/industrial program

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device
• Previous experience in a corrugated box plant
