Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We\'re looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our Converting operations on 3rd shift. This is a key leadership role focused on driving safety, quality, and productivity while developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coaching a team of production employees
• Planning daily work schedules and allocating tasks
• Monitoring performance and conducting reviews
• Driving employee engagement and development
• Ensuring safety standards are met through inspections and training
• Managing production flow to meet customer expectations
• Collaborating across departments to meet plant goals
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in plant operations
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement
• Comfortable working independently and under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate\'s degree in a related field
• Experience in converting or manufacturing environments
