Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Fulfillment Rapid-growing e-commerce company Retail The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Fulfillment to lead the strategic and operational management of its end-to-end global supply chain. This executive will be responsible for all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, and reverse logistics. The successful candidate will have a deep background in global sourcing, transportation, high-volume fulfillment, and supply chain technology, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Fulfillment position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and have 10-15 years' of experience in global supply chain leadership, including at least 5 years' in an executive or senior management role. The role requires a strong understanding of global sourcing, international logistics, customs compliance, and transportation networks, as well as experience with warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, and supply chain analytics tools.
