This high-impact role is pivotal in championing a unified vision that elevates the customer experience across the clinical workflow solutions and pharmacy automation business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for team leadership and development, with a focus on building and inspiring high-performing, customer-centric service teams. Continuous improvement of service quality, responsiveness, and consistency is a key aspect, as is the development of tailored service models to meet the needs of distinct customer segments. The role also involves owning the service P&L, developing commercial strategies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue and margin growth. Applicants for the Vice President of Service position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 7 years' progressive leadership experience in overseeing service teams, particularly in healthcare or related industries, is required.
