Overview

Sage Studios will be Jackson Square’s first boutique fitness studio offering strength-based workouts on a custom modern reformer. Our method combines control, precision, and core stabilization with the intensity of strength training to deliver lasting results.

The Role

We’re looking for passionate, motivating, and community-driven instructors to join our founding team. In this role, you’ll deliver empowering and effective classes that help clients reach new levels of strength and endurance while feeling supported and inspired. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the culture of Sage Studios and building a community that thrives on connection.

What You'll Do

• Lead group reformer-based classes that integrate strength, endurance, and control
• Provide thoughtful cueing and accessible modifications for all fitness levels
• Create an energetic, inclusive environment where clients feel supported and challenged
• Build genuine connections with clients and contribute to our welcoming studio culture
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to refine programming as we grow

What We're Looking For

• Experience teaching group fitness classes (HIIT, spin, barre, yoga, bootcamp, etc.) or a strong passion for fitness and movement with a desire to teach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
• Comfort leading in front of a group; mic experience a plus (training provided)
• Availability to consistently teach 4–6 classes per week
• Ability to attend Sage Studios Instructor Certification, November 14–16
• Note: Prior certification is not required. Training on our custom reformer will be provided.
