Key Responsibilities

• Assist the personal training department and team performance.
• Coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be CPT-certified
• Current CPR and AED
