Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a Logistics Associate I, you’ll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You’ll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You’ll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets
- Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts
- Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records
- Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues
- Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction
- Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments
- Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles
- Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts
- Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations
Position Details
- Location: Greensboro Warehouse, NC
- Work Week & Shift: 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm)
- Compensation: $20/hour

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous plant or warehouse experience
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
Physical Demands
- Position requires lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
- Position requires passing a drug screen and physical exam
