Base pay range

$18.50/hr - $25.00/hr

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) experience individualized care at an Extended Care affiliated facility. Each facility’s highly skilled clinical and therapy teams are well-versed in delivering specialized services that are centered around your specific needs, interests, and capabilities.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification per state requirements
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliant with the state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history
• Must be proficient in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our residents and visitors
• Must be energetic, professional, and reliable

Responsibilities

• Keep our residents safe by following proper infection control policies and procedures
• Stay calm under stress with a “can do” attitude
• Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
• Assist residents with looking and feeling their best while empowering them to function at their highest possible level
