CNA Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to compassionate, high-quality patient care

CNA Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene
  • Monitor and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Support nursing staff with patient care procedures and accurate documentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients
  • Provide emotional support, companionship, and patient advocacy
