Job Overview: Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $37.00/hr. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Hourly Wage: $24 - $37 per hour
