Overview

Responsibilities

• Enter pricing and prepare manual billing for shipments.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions.
• Assist with month-end close, including preparing general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare revenue variance reports.
• Maintain relationships and communication with customers regarding invoicing and customer deductions.
• Assist internal and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum five years of experience in an accounting role, with some cost accounting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with SAP or another major ERP.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of an organization.

Salary and work arrangement

Salary: $65,780.25 to $75,625.30 depending on experience
