Title: Marketing Manager

Integrity House seeks a Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications activities that promote Integrity House’s programs and services, attract and convert audiences, and sustain Integrity House’s position as a leading provider of comprehensive, whole-person care.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of a Marketing Manager

  • Develop and plan marketing and communications strategies to promote Integrity House services, programs, and fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and audience demographics to identify opportunities for growth and inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Research and identify strategic alliance opportunities including referral sources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare marketing to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.

Marketing & Communications Strategy

  • Lead all aspects of digital marketing, including service marketing, SEO activities, digital advertising, social media marketing, and reputation management across search platforms.
  • Maintain Integrity House website, which includes timely content updates and trouble-shooting with support from website maintenance vendor.
  • Collaborate with Development staff to develop and execute digital fundraising campaigns and promote events.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners, including graphic designers, printers, advertising agencies, and media outlets, to efficiently and effectively execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Content Creation & Brand Management

  • Create engaging and impactful content for various materials and purposes, including, but not limited to annual reports, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure brand integrity across all messages and visual assets.
  • Develop a system for the collection of testimonials from clients and referral sources.

Public Relations & External Affairs

  • Collaborate with team members and PR firm on PR and brand development activities.
  • Coordinate stakeholder visits and external affairs when needed.

Performance Measurement & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and regular reports to optimize performance and inform future strategies.

Preferred Qualifications For a Marketing Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English Literature, or a related field, required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in marketing and/or communications. Nonprofit experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and achieve required deliverables by established deadlines.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, SEO, and content creation.
  • Strong eye for visuals and graphic design experience through Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and/or Canva.
