* Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and alter electrical services, equipment, and controls using approved materials and properly sized wire, conduit, raceways, and equipment* Perform work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions* Apply NFPA 70E standards and wear appropriate Arc Flash PPE when working on equipment* Work with both high and low-voltage systems to troubleshoot and repair* Maintain work areas and equipment in safe, efficient, and clean operating condition* Strictly adhere to all safety rules and regulations* Report equipment needing repair or any unsafe conditions to supervisor* Efficiently operate hand/power tools, test instruments, and equipment required for the trade* Assist with other duties, including work of other trades as required* High school diploma or GED* State of Michigan or UAW Journeyman's Electrician License* Valid state driver's license in good standing* Minimum 2 years of trade experience* Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations* Self-directed with ability to work without direct supervision* Available for call-in work when required* Ability to perform physical activities including bending, standing, climbing, and walking* Ability to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in building maintenance* Understanding of and compliance with Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements* CMMS and/or database experience* Superior customer service skills and professional orientation* Strong attention to detail* Excellent planning and organizational skills under time constraints* Collaborative work style**Location:** Michigan **Salary:** $39.92/hour plus shift differential **Schedule:** 3rd Shift **Job Type:** Full-TimeAt JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
