Overview: Take2 is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to support a federal client in Washington, D.C. The role involves developing visual content for print and digital media, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with various teams to achieve strategic communication objectives. The successful candidate will create engaging visuals, manage project timelines, and stay current with design trends and technology to deliver high-quality solutions.

Education & Certification Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in business, graphic design, communications, media, or a related field is required, along with five or more years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a master’s degree in one of these fields with two or more years of relevant experience is acceptable.

Clearance Requirements: A Public Trust is required for this opportunity.

Onsite Requirements: This role is a hybrid position based in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visuals for print and digital media, including brochures, posters, social media content, and websites
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials
• Collaborate with communications and other teams to understand project goals and requirements
• Generate ideas and concepts for campaigns or projects based on communication strategies
• Create engaging presentations, infographics, and reports for internal and external audiences
• Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback to meet expectations
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Stay informed about latest design trends, software, and technology to enhance skills and output
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of solutions and deliverables
• Demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer support

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in graphic design
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance for the federal client
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong customer service skills
• Proven project management abilities and attention to detail

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience working in federal or government contracting environments
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platform requirements
• Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling principles
