Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Our client, a leading construction management company, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations, and will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR generalist experience, with construction and union background required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

The salary for this role is $90-$110k.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
