The DoubleTree by Hilton Colorado Springs is hiring a Barista. If you have prior experience, love serving guests, and have an upbeat personality, we want to hear from you. This can be an FT or PT role.
Responsibilities
- The barista makes and serves quality beverages and food, handling customer orders and payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace, all while providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships.
- Key responsibilities include operating coffee equipment like espresso machines, managing cash registers, stocking supplies, and upholding food safety standards to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.

- Customer Service: A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for customers.
- Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring quality in beverage preparation and adhering to recipes and standards.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
- Cash Handling: Proficiency in using cash registers and other payment systems to process transactions accurately.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate business needs.
Compensation
$14.81 - $15 hourly
