Overview

As a temp Call Center Representative at Christian Community Credit Union in San Dimas, CA, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic call center environment and cross-sell products that best fit members’ needs. This onsite position offers an energetic atmosphere and a competitive pay rate based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively educate members on the array of products and services offered.
• Build rapport and communicate the benefits of various account types to guide members and applicants in selecting options that best fit their needs.
• Deliver an outstanding member experience across channels including phone, email, chat, and SMS.
• Assist members with monetary and non-monetary transactions, resolve inquiries, and take ownership of new and different requests to enhance the organization’s reputation.
• Establish additional services by creating account records over the phone to provide a seamless banking experience for every member.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position within a bank or credit union.
• Cross-selling experience required.
• Minimum one year of experience dealing with the public in a call center environment preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; proficient with computer systems; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good math aptitude; accurate typing skills at a minimum of 35 words per minute.
• Onsite work in San Dimas, CA, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:15pm, 40 hours per week; temporary assignment duration of three to six months.
