This position is located in Hutchinson, KS, with hours Monday–Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and contributing to a vibrant, well-maintained workplace, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Janitorial Maintenance: Perform custodial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and general floor care. Clean restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, doors, windows, elevators, and other areas. Handle minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaks. Assist in sanitation control and report repair needs to the Facilities Manager. Check for safety hazards and monitor emergency lights and fire extinguishers. Assist in unloading trucks, moving furniture, and setting up spaces as needed.
- Ground Maintenance: Maintain outdoor areas by picking up litter, performing weed control, and assisting with snow removal to ensure safety for employees and visitors.

- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

Start your day by preparing breakrooms and restrooms for employee use, keeping them spotless and inviting. Throughout the day, you’ll alternate between indoor cleaning tasks (vacuuming, dusting) and outdoor duties (litter pickup or snow removal). Whether fixing a clogged sink or clearing a walkway, your work keeps operations running smoothly and creates a welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. occasionally
- Comfortable working in a variety of settings, including outdoor conditions
- Effective interpersonal skills for working with teams and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
