Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Faculty/OMM

Seeking a full-time OMM Faculty Physician in Osteopathic Principles and Practice (OPP) with ACOM. The college has a strong reputation for innovation in osteopathic medical education and a supportive academic environment. This role combines clinical practice, teaching, and service to support the department's mission and the training of the next generation of osteopathic physicians.
Position Highlights :
- Provide outpatient OMM/NMM patient care 2.5 days per week, NO CALL
- Perform primarily osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) and related clinical care
- Supervise 3rd- and 4th-year osteopathic medical students during clinical rotations
- Mentor, supervise and deliver didactic lectures and labs for OMS I & II students
- Participate in curriculum development, faculty committees, and student advising
- Contribute to faculty development, scholarly activity, and recruitment initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base Salary: $290,000 - $340,000 commensurate with experience
- Signing Bonus: $75,000 paid upfront with a 3-year contract
- Relocation Assistance: $20,000
- CME: $5,000 annually + 5 days
- Paid Time Off: 120 hours annually + sick leave + 10 paid holidays

Qualifications :
- Board-eligible or board-certified in NMM/OMM (C-SPOMM)
- Candidates with NMM/OMM certification or a plus-one pathway strongly encouraged to apply
- Eligibility for Alabama medical licensure
