Primary Care Physician (PCP)

Salary and Benefits
- Guaranteed Base Salary Range: $200,000 $265,000
- Production-Based Pay Model: $165 per billable hour with a goal of 6 billable hours per day
- Earning Potential: $250,000 $450,000+ annually based on performance
$100,000 Sign-On Bonus:
$50,000 upfront with a two-year commitment (taxed evenly across two years) $50,000 lump sum at renewal of commitment for an additional two years- $1,000 stipend for each one-week call rotation
- Student Loan Repayment: $75,000 through the National Health Service Corps (two-year commitment)
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
- Health & Dental Insurance (employer pays $500 monthly)

- Life Insurance (1 annual salary, Mutual of Omaha)
- Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
- Malpractice Insurance covered under Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA)
- DEA Renewal paid by employer
- Retirement: 403(b) with 3% employer match and 457 plan available
- Paid Time Off: 15 vacation days, 10 sick days, 10 paid holidays
- CME: 5 days off plus $3,500 annual allowance
Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with flexibility for 10-hour shifts (4 Day Work Week if desired
- Centralized scheduling with flexibility for providers, including walk-in coverage
- Outpatient only average 20 patients per day, with opportunity to see up to 25+
- On-Call: Primary care call only, telephone-based, one week every 6 months, compensated with $1,000 stipend
- Four-hour administrative block provided for charting and care coordination
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including NPs, behavioral health, and care coordinators
- Opportunity to teach medical students if desired
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and holistic wellness
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
- Clear and Active Medical License in Georgia (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or ability to become certified)
- Compassionate and mission-driven provider with interest in working with underserved populations
- New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
