What Makes This Opportunity Great: Competitive salary range of $800,000 to $877,000 annually Relocation assistance available to eligible candidates Potential sign-on bonus offered Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and more Generous CME allowance and paid malpractice insurance Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualified employer Retirement plans tailored to your needs PTO, vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays Employee assistance programs and career advancement opportunities Advanced neuro-navigation tools including Globus Robot and Stryker systems EPIC EMR utilized system-wide Role & Responsibilities: Provide expert inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care including general neurosurgery and the opportunity to develop a robust elective spine practice Manage a clinic schedule of 8-12 patients daily, supported by 3-4 experienced PAs Participate in operating room cases approximately 2 days per week Handle 7 days per month of ER call, primarily reviewing imaging remotely with minimal in-person requirements; floor calls managed by PAs Provide one weekend on-call coverage per month Collaborate with a collegial team consisting of one Neurosurgeon and four APPs Utilize onsite resources including pain service, on-site X-ray, and neuro-navigation tools to enhance patient outcomes Maintain thorough documentation in EPIC EMR system Schedule: 2 days in clinic 2 days in the OR 1 flexible day On-call: 7 days per month (mostly remote imaging review) Approximately one weekend call per month
