Work Dates Needed: Mon - Thurs 7a-7p is at 1 facility only - Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. The shifts labeled Friday 7a - Monday 7a are multiple locations. Coverage Dates needed below: 12/29/25 7a-7p 12/30/25 7a-7p 1/2/26 7a - Saturday 7a (24-hour call) 1/14/26 7a-7p 1/15/26 7a-7p 1/16/26 7a- Monday 1/19 7am (covering FMC, MPH, CMC, & KMC) 1/19/26 7a-7p 1/20/26 7a-7p 1/21/26 7a-7p 1/22/26 7a-7p 1/23/26 7am - Monday 1/26 7am (covering FMC, MPH, CMC, & KMC) 1/26/26 7a-7p 1/27/26 7a-7p 1/28/26 7a-7p 1/29/26 7a-7p 1/30/26 7a - Monday 2/2 7a, (covering FMC, MPH, CMC, & KMC) 2/4/26 7a-7p 2/5/26 7a-7p 2/6/26 7am - Monday 2/9 7a (covering FMC, MPH, CMC, & KMC)" Preferred Schedule: "Inpatient consult and call coverage only Supported by APP team Dedicated block time 7a - 3p Worksite Setting: Inpatient Scope of Work: Call/rounding at acute facilities.
