Qualifications
• MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• California medical license (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration
• Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate, team-based care and service to a diverse patient population
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive 18-month salary guarantee with productivity-based earning potential
• Salary range: $650,000 Äì$700,000 annually + productivity incentives
