Job Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care in Level-IIIB NICU and other facilities.
- Involve actively in quality improvement initiatives and education within the practice.
- Participate in the transition program for new graduates to develop into proficient practitioners.
- Utilize advanced ventilator support techniques for neonatal patients.
- Engage with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient and family experiences.
- Take part in clinical leadership opportunities as available.
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of a Master s Degree in nursing.
- Active Missouri APRN License or willing to obtain.
- Commitment to family-centered care and patient advocacy.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Current APRN national specialty certification (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner) - Required.
- DEA Certification must be obtained prior to employment.
- CSR/CDS Certification must also be obtained prior to employment.
