About the Opportunity

Join a leading regional medical center s Hospital Medicine team as a Nocturnist Physician providing dedicated inpatient care during night shifts. This full-time position offers a manageable schedule that promotes work-life balance and the chance to collaborate within a physician-led medical group.

• Work 144 twelve-hour night shifts annually with a six-on-nine-off rotation

• Extra shifts available for additional income if desired

• Provide care primarily at a 370-bed hospital with a closed ICU managed by pulmonary/critical care specialists

• Support advanced practice providers covering patients across multiple locations

• Utilize EPIC EMR for seamless patient documentation and coordination

• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on mentoring and professional growth

• Physician-led group with nearly 1,600 providers and advanced practice professionals

• Not accepting locum tenens or visa candidates

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $252,000 - $280,000 annually (quality/productivity bonuses may apply)
