  • Established outpatient Endocrinology practice with ultrasound capabilities and an in-progress Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) onsite

  • Manage a busy clinic schedule with approximately 15 patients per day

  • Utilize a system-wide EPIC EMR platform

  • Focus exclusively on adult patients for diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, osteoporosis, and related endocrine disorders

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert care in the management of adult endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid diseases, and osteoporosis

  • Deliver personalized patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, seeing approximately 15 patients daily

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including advanced practice providers and other specialists

  • Utilize ultrasound technology within the clinic to aid diagnosis and treatment

  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using the EPIC EMR system

  • Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities

  • Contribute to the practice s mission of delivering exceptional patient-centered care

Schedule
  • Day shifts, full-time

  • No on-call or weekend requirements
