Integrity Locums
Coverage Needed :
- Clinic: 7 AM - 5 PM daily
- Night Call: 5 PM - 7 AM
- Initial sporadic dates with potential for more consistent coverage
Clinical Details :
- Adults only
- 2-5 patients per day
- General Urology procedures required
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff Available
Requirements :
- Board Certified/Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Indiana License at time of submission
- ACLS
- CDS Certification and DEA Registration
- Robotics training highly preferred
