What You Will Do

Manages the sales team’s operating budget, strategic plans, and finances Facilitates the overall implementation and communication of the plans and oversees the tracking and progress to successfully achieve revenue and financial goals Oversees business processes to achieve revenue targets through new client confirmed sales and onboarding and ensuring exceptional quality service Identifies and addresses procedural and policy concerns Establishes impactful relationships between product management, customer experience, legal, and operations to support strategic sales initiatives and goals Works with finance to identify trends ensuring accurate projections and attainable goals for the sales team Manages and reviews product improvements and pricing ensuring adherence to policy and standards Reviews pricing exceptions and addresses pricing issues to achieve sales objectives Ensures sales teams build meaningful relationships and creates an excellent client, carrier, and vendor experience to support and influence a positive brand perspective regarding the organization’s industry expertise, delivery of service, and overall experience within the market Partners with sales leaders to advise and collaborate on the overall sales team performance and development Determines skills gaps within the team and creates opportunities and actions to ensure successful outcomes Provides support and coaching to the sales team attending sales calls and demonstrations and ensuring the team has the training and development necessary to meet business objectives and sales goals Performs other duties as assigned Comply with all policies and standards Education Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred Experience Qualifications

Typically, 10+ years Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to demonstrate confidence and expertise in products and services Solid skills in data analytics, budget management, and technology Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to inspire, professionally develop, and lead a team Travel Requirements

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 to $147,000.00. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience. Candidates hired into roles in the sales organization are also eligible for commissions consistent with TriNet’s commission plan.
