Enrollment Specialist

Description As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling talented individuals seeking a transformative educational experience. Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Enrollment Specialist to become a vital member of our admissions department. In this role, you will support prospective students through the enrollment process, provide comprehensive information about our college programs, and assist them in making well-informed decisions regarding their educational journey. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the admissions experience. Conduct interviews via telephone and MS Teams to evaluate prospective students' eligibility and suitability for our programs. Lead engaging and informative campus tours, showcasing the college's facilities, resources, and unique advantages. Review and assess student applications, transcripts, and required documents to determine admission eligibility. Provide thorough information about program requirements, curriculum, tuition, financial aid options, and scholarship opportunities. Collaborate with other college departments, such as financial aid and academic advising, to ensure a seamless admissions process for students. Follow up with prospective students to address inquiries, provide additional information, and encourage enrollment. Represent the college at fairs, community events, and high school visits to promote our programs and recruit prospective students. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and educational policy changes to effectively address student inquiries and concerns. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-3 years of proven sales experience is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals. Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while achieving individual and team goals. Familiarity with student recruitment strategies, enrollment management systems, and CRM software is advantageous. A passion for education and the skill to articulate the value of our college's programs to prospective students.
