PG&E seeks a GIS Specialist/Analyst to support Gas Service Record (GSR) data integrity. This role focuses on auditing, cleansing, and correcting data from legacy system migrations and ongoing updates, with emphasis on large diameter service pipes and deactivated lines.

Required Skills & Experience

Audit and cleanse GSR data to meet quality and regulatory standards. Validate as-built records and correct block errors. Resolve anomalies in GSR tables (e.g., blocks with 0 or 000). Optimize metadata and indexing for improved search in GIS tools. Correct date discrepancies on deactivated lines (abandoned, installed, completion). Identify and fix general data errors across systems. Review and correct service pipe data using GSR and as-built records. Confirm service diameter sizes using documentation and databases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in GIS, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years in GIS analysis or utility data management. Experience with gas service records and enterprise systems. Strong attention to detail and data validation skills.
