Following all policies to minimize shrinkage.
If you become a Head Cashier, you'll provide additional support by:
Expediting price checks and approving Point of Sale transactions.
Assisting with markdowns across various service areas.
Handling escalated customer issues and providing solutions.
Coaching and training new Cashiers while utilizing available resources for development.
