We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead a cross-product coverage team working closely with our Operations, Sales and Product Development Teams to build relationships with key clients, manage internal and external stakeholders, collaborate cross-divisionally on large initiatives as well as align on product specific strategies. The candidate will act as the product lead for our Futures and Global Markets coverage teams as well as acting as a relationship manager to our clients. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships internally and externally, improving efficiency and managing overall client experience for key clients. Key to the role will be the candidate's ability to partner across a wide variety of internal teams to deliver on behalf of the client. The candidate should have a good understanding of all Equity and ETD products, excellent communication skills, be solution-oriented, strategic in nature and have ideally 8+ years of previous experience in the financial services industry. This candidate will report into the Regional Head of Client Service and work in partnership with the rest of the ICLS Organization. Managing the relationship and transactional oversight of high complex clients (banks, institutional clients, family offices, hedge funds & asset managers for Prime Brokerage Products. With the coverage team, set-up client visits to identify client needs and strengthen the relationship. Monitor all client related tasks (assignment/exercises, exchange notifications, breaks, margin calls) and ensure that the processes are highly efficient. Act as a point of Cross Product escalation for the client coordinating remediation and responses where appropriate. Work with the client to develop a strategic roadmap of product, process and technology deliverables. Keep stakeholders and management informed on relevant client related information (stats, client news, etc.). Prepare client analysis showing client specific performance vs KPI (Revenues, traded volumes, exceptions, stp rates, etc.).
